Nursery Hand
Applicants should be enthusiastic and motivated with a desire to learn about the industry.
The role is to assist with all areas of plant production and plant maintenance.
Duties include:
- Pruning and Staking.
- Potting plants
- Loading Trucks
- Picking Orders
- Pruning and plant maintenance
Previous horticultural or nursery experience would be a benefit but not a necessity.
You need to be physically fit, as there is heavy lifting involved.
You will be learning from some of the best in the industry in a great working environment.
Nursery Team Leaders
Our nursery is rapidly expanding; we are looking for Team leaders in multiple areas of the nursery including Tree & Shrub Maintenance, Propagation and production.
You should be:
- Hardworking, enthusiastic with a passion for learning, teaching and the ability to motivate staff.
- Have an eye for detail, good communication skills, the ability to work unsupervised and coordinate staff.
- Be physically fit, as there is lifting involved.
- Previous horticultural, Landscaping or Nursery experience would be a benefit but not a necessity.
You will be learning from some of the best in the industry in a great working environment.

Theresa Park
Our head office is located at Theresa Park in Sydney West, the 145-acre property can hold over 1 Million plants from Tubestock to 400lt enough to cover all your projects of any size.
Featuring an impressive propagation facility, 4 Acre shade house and tree racks with thousands of 75lt and larger plants.
Northern Rivers
Our beautiful Northern Rivers nursery is located at Tuckombil near Byron Bay, it grows a lot of our tropical plants and supplies the local area as well as a semi-trailer of plants to Theresa Park every week.
